These terms govern your use of the LogicCrest Financial Planning website at logiccrest.click and any inquiry-based consultation that may follow from it. By using the site or sending an inquiry, you accept these terms.
What this site is
This website provides information about inquiry-based financial planning consultations focused on financial goal planning for young professionals. It does not sell products, take payments, manage funds, or execute transactions. There is no account, no login, and no checkout.
The service we offer
The service is planning advice delivered through inquiry and consultation. Specifically:
- An inquiry costs nothing and binds you to nothing. You describe a goal; we reply by email.
- A consultation is a structured planning conversation that follows only if we both agree it is useful. It produces a written goal plan in THB.
We do not provide licensed investment management, brokerage, insurance sales, tax filing, or legal advice. Where a goal requires a regulated product or a licensed provider, we will say so and encourage you to seek that service from an appropriately licensed person or institution.
No guarantee of outcomes
Financial planning deals with future income, expenses, and markets that we cannot predict. We do not guarantee any investment return, savings outcome, or that a goal will be reached. Any figures in a plan are projections based on assumptions, not promises. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide information that is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and current.
- Not submit sensitive personal data (such as full bank account numbers or identity document numbers) through the website’s inquiry form.
- Use the site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt it.
Our responsibilities
We agree to:
- Read and reply to inquiries in good faith, usually within two business days.
- Keep any information you share confidential and handle it in line with our privacy policy.
- Be honest about what our planning can and cannot do, and about where a licensed provider is the right choice.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, and the site’s own visual design — is owned by LogicCrest Financial Planning. Photographs are used under their respective open licenses (see our private build record for per-image provenance). You may read and share links to pages; you may not copy the text or design for another business without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or from a consultation is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for that specific consultation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes determined by markets or your own later decisions.
Governing law
These terms and any consultation are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.
