Personal data protection policy under Thailand's PDPA.

Who we are

LogicCrest Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for the personal data you provide through this website. Our contact details and Tax ID (TIN) are listed in the footer of every page and on our contact page. For reference, our Tax ID (TIN) is 0105482736195.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us through the inquiry form on this site, or in direct email or phone contact:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number.
  • Inquiry content — the goal you describe and any context you include in the message field.
  • Technical metadata — none collected by us. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking runs on this site.

We do not collect financial account numbers, identity document numbers, or sensitive personal data through the website. If we ever need such information to prepare a plan, we request it through a separate, agreed channel — never through this website’s form.

We use your personal data for the single purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if you both agree, preparing a financial goal plan for you. The legal bases under the PDPA are:

  • Consent — you submit the form voluntarily; by submitting, you consent to us using the data to reply to your inquiry.
  • Legitimate interest / performance of a contract — where a consultation follows, we use the data to provide that service.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or selling to third parties.

Where the data goes

Inquiry submissions are sent by JSON POST to a form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry), hosted with this website. The data is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where a consultation takes place, for the duration of that work plus a short period afterward for record-keeping. If an inquiry does not lead to a consultation, we delete the inquiry content once the conversation is closed (and no later than 12 months after your last message).

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, which ends any further processing based on that consent.
  • Object to or restrict processing in the circumstances set out in the PDPA.

Cookies and storage

This site stores only your cookie consent choice in your browser’s local storage under a brand-prefixed key. No analytics or third-party tracking cookies are used. See our cookies page for the full storage inventory.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to keep the risk as low as practical.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
